Toll House Cookies |

Cream: |
1 cup butter, add |
|
3/4 cup brown sugar |
|
3/4 cup sugar, and |
|
3 eggs beaten whole. |
Add: |
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in |
|
1 tsp. of hot water. |
Fold: |
2 1/2 cups flout sifted with |
|
1 tsp. salt. |
Add: |
1 cup chopped nuts (optional) and |
|
1 large bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips with |
|
1 tsp. vanilla. |
Drop: |
1 teaspoon size drops of dough on greased cookie
sheet. |
Bake: |
8 to 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. (10 to 12
minutes for a harder cookie) |

Makes about 50 cookies. (For more cookies, drop 1/2
teaspoon size drops of dough on greased cookie sheet. |
